What Copy Tab Group Links processes, why it does it, and what stays on your machine — explained transparently.
Privacy, in short.
Copy Tab Group Links collects no data. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no servers, no cookies. It reads the links of the tabs you choose to copy, only at that moment, and puts them on your clipboard – locally, in your browser.
The only time links leave your browser through the extension is when you click Save to Google Keep: then they go directly from your browser into a new note in your own Google Keep account. We never see or receive them.

What data is processed?
The addresses (URLs) and titles of the tabs you copy, and the names of your tab groups – only when you copy, and only to build the text for your clipboard or your Keep note. Nothing is kept afterwards.
What is transmitted?
Nothing to us or to any server of ours – there is none. With Save to Google Keep, the extension opens keep.google.com in your browser and fills in the note there, exactly as if you typed it; Google's own privacy policy applies to your Keep notes.
What is stored locally?
Only your copy format and the “group name as first line” option (in chrome.storage.sync), plus a local counter for an occasional rating prompt. There is no history and no profile of your tabs or links.
Is there tracking or advertising?
No. Copy Tab Group Links contains no ads and uses no analytics, tracking or profiling services. No user data is ever sold or shared.
Why does it need permissions?
tabs and tabGroups to read the links and group names you copy, storage for your settings, clipboardWrite and offscreen so the keyboard shortcut can copy without opening a page, and scripting only to fill in the note on keep.google.com – after you allow access to that one site. No access to any other website.
