What the Suprr extension processes, why it does it, and what stays on your machine — explained transparently.
Privacy, in short.
Suprr collects no data. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no cookies of its own. The only thing it stores is your per-site preferences — locally on your device. Affiliate support is only ever routed after your explicit click, and the commission comes from the merchant, not from your data.

What data is transmitted?
Only when you click “Activate” on the banner: the address of the shop page you are on is passed to our affiliate partner (Skimlinks) as a redirect parameter, so the merchant can attribute the referral. Without your click, nothing is ever sent anywhere.
What is stored locally?
Only your settings in chrome.storage: whether the extension is enabled, how often you dismissed or accepted the banner per site, and your per-site choices like “Auto-show (one click)” or “Never show”. There is no history and no profile of your shopping.
Does the extension track me or run in the background?
No. Suprr never redirects, never injects affiliate links silently, and never works in the background. Every activation needs your click on that visit — “Auto-show” only shows the banner automatically, the click is still yours.
Is there advertising or data selling?
No ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no data selling or sharing. Suprr is donation-style support: the merchant pays a small commission on purchases you choose to support — at the same price for you.
Why does Suprr need permissions?
storage for your local preferences, and site access only for the shops it supports, so it can show the banner there. It requests no access to other sites, your history, or your tabs’ content.
