Help is a
click away.

Everything you need to get the most out of Allow Copy β€” and exactly what happens (and doesn't) with your data.

πŸ”’ Privacy, in one sentence.

Allow Copy collects nothing. It's click-to-activate, so it runs only when you tell it to β€” no background script, no analytics, no ads, no data collection. Nothing ever leaves your browser.

Questions.

How do I use it?

Click the extension icon on any site that blocks copy or right-click. The icon gets a green β€œON” badge and the restrictions are gone β€” instantly. Click again to turn it off.

Does it run all the time?

No. Allow Copy only activates when you click the icon. Until then it does nothing on the page.

Which sites does it work on?

Any site that blocks the right-click menu, text selection, or copy/paste via Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+A. It also handles content that loads dynamically after the page opens.

Why does it ask for permissions?

Only activeTab and scripting, applied to the single tab you're on β€” and only when you click the icon. No background access, no broad host permissions, no browsing history.

Something isn't working.

Reload the tab and click the icon again. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll help.
